Topic: “The Rental Housing Act of 1985, as amended.” During the first hour, the Housing Regulation Administration, Rental Accommodations Division (RAD) will present a summary of the Rental Housing Act of 1985, as amended, from a landlord’s perspective including: registration, rent adjustment, petition/complaint, and eviction procedures. The second hour will be reserved for questions and answers.
